Hi, I’m Jordyne, founder of Vitrine Ventures.

I’ve seen firsthand how rental property can slowly shift from opportunity to ongoing stress. A close family member inherited the home he grew up in and began renting it out. Over time, late payments and inconsistent upkeep turned what should have been a meaningful asset into a source of uncertainty and pressure.

That experience stayed with me.

At the same time, I’ve spent years traveling and staying in short-term housing — seeing clearly the difference between spaces that are thoughtfully managed and those that aren’t. As an art teacher, I’ve always paid close attention to how spaces are designed and experienced. When a property is structured well and cared for intentionally, it shows.

Vitrine Ventures was created to bring structure, clarity, and stewardship to rental ownership.

We partner with property owners through long-term leasing and co-hosting, managing each property with care and oversight so owners experience consistency instead of unpredictability.
